Will this need a fan cycle of some sort

Removed a old ass Carrier 5 ton split , and installed a Nordyne (airtemp) 5 ton split VT4BD-060K , and its in a Gas Station , and they sometimes need the AC on after cooking on the grill , and when its 40 outside Im not sure this heat pump will like to run in AC …. or will it be ok ?
